Scott co-founded Property Searchers in 2000 after being the first to identify a need in the local market for a professional buyer's representative. He has acted as a successful buyer's agent purchasing property on behalf of local, interstate and overseas clients.

Scott's vast experience in the property industry since 1988 has seen him involved in varied fields including valuation, development and leasing. He is a registered property valuer in Queensland and New South Wales and a licensed real estate agent in Queensland and New South Wales.

Various roles have taken Scott to diverse locations including several capital cities and numerous regional areas of Australia. Scott's experience is in feasibility analysis and property selection over nearly 20 years for individual and institutional clients, including development companies.

A founding member and Chairman of the Buyer’s Agent Interest Group (Part of REIQ), Scott has also been recently elected to the Vice President position of The Real Estate Buyer’s Agents Association of Australia (REBAA). Through these appointments Scott plays an active role in promoting public awareness about buyer’s agency and lobbying Government for tightening of consumer protection laws and regulating of the industry.
