Historically the sellers of property have received most of the support, usually from real estate agents who are paid on commission for their service, a payment rarely questioned.  As a buyers’ agent Property Searchers support only you the buyers of property offering numerous benefits as your own personal buyers’ agent.

As a buyers’ agent, we do not list or sell properties nor do we align ourselves with real estate agents or developers.  Property Searchers provides a totally independent service representing ‘the buyers’ best interests.  

Our objective is to benefit and protect the buyer in all phases of the real estate transaction.  We are here to assist you to find the best property in the best location, with minimal effort on your behalf and with maximum effect.
